Electrolux signs a five year IT Infrastructure Management engagement for Asia/Pacific with HCL Technologies
NOIDA, INDIA/LONDON, UK – FEBRUARY 22, 2010 – HCL Technologies Ltd. (HCL), a leading global IT services provider, today announced that it has signed an IT Infrastructure Management engagement with Electrolux, a global leader in home appliances and appliances for professional use.
The scope of this five year engagement covers support of workplace services for Electrolux including proactive monitoring and management of network, servers, IT security and end user computing environment in 12 countries in the APAC region including Australia.

It will be providing multilingual helpdesk services in languages including English, Vietnamese, Thai and Bahasa (Malaysia & Indonesia) to Electrolux end-users across Asia Pacific.
