The client is a leading property and casualty (P&C) speciality insurance company in California, USA with specialized business in workers’ compensation. Client was in process of transitioning its policy administration system from a legacy platform to Guide wire Policy Center and was looking for Quality Assurance (QA) support with focus on strategic IT transformation. 

Streamlining testing requisites HCL offered the following solutions to the client:

  • Implementing HCL’s QEx Automation framework for testing
  • Integration testing of inbound/outbound data to and from Policy Center to the other systems, viz, Claim Center, HP—Extreme, Data warehouse
  • End-to-End testing of policy scenarios for all states
