It has become the new normal in various everyday things we use, like the music we listen to, movies & shows we watch, video games we play, cloud storage, etc. even products like furniture and car are increasingly being offered on a subscription model. What about the consumer appliance industry? Is there a real disruption? Will our future appliance purchase be on a subscription basis?

People settle differences through a common method called Negotiation. It is a process by which agreement or compromise is reached thereby avoiding argument and dispute. When there is commitment to the contract with coverage of all aspects mutually beneficial to the parties involved, the Negotiations can result in agreement or Win-win situation. HCL Product Cost Management (PCM) team supports their customers during Should costing fact-based Supplier negotiations as part of rendering end-to-end Cost Management solutions and services to them. The author as part of the PCM team has led many of these Should costing assignments, and has attempted to bring to the reader a broad view of his experience through this blog.​
