He is experienced in understanding client’s business challenges and finding scalable & sustainable solutions for meeting these business challenges.  Dinesh is a senior Oracle practitioner with over 18 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience and over 30 years of full lifecycle IT project and process optimization experience. Dinesh has provided thought leadership in end-to-end finance transformational projects leveraging investments in Oracle technologies. Dinesh has hands on experience in managing small to large complex global programs. Dinesh has helped many clients with ROI based business justifications for mission critical initiatives and development of multi-year IT projects portfolio. Experience in Governance Risk and Compliance in today’s heavily regulated environment.  Dinesh is an integral part of HCL - Oracle partnership:  Dinesh is responsible for identifying future industry trends and matching them with innovative solutions developed by Oracle for HCL clients in the Financial Industry. Prior to joining HCL, he was Associate Partner at IBM. Dinesh has also held management positions at HighPoint Solutions, CSC, BearingPoint (formerly KPMG consulting), Ernst & Young and Oracle Corp.
