Ganesh has over 20+ years of hands-on and leadership experience spanning across Oracle ERP, Enterprise IT automation and Manufacturing. He had stints at HP, Satyam and ITC Ltd and was responsible for building Oracle ERP/ PeopleSoft CoE and automation practices from the ideation stage to execution at his earlier organizations. He led the Pre-sales team for Oracle EBS, Siebel & PeopleSoft at HP.

His domain experience in Shop floor (ITC Ltd) and in Oracle ERP & Enterprise IT Automation gives an advantage in understanding and addressing the customer pain points. He has program managed numerous greenfield, full lifecycle end-to-end Oracle ERP / CRM implementations across US, APAC and EMEA for Hi-Tech and Telecom customers.

At HCL, he leads the Oracle Practice & Pre-Sales and is responsible for the strategic and operational responsibilities of Oracle Practice in India. Ganesh also leads the Oracle Delivery for the rest of the world region. He holds a B.Tech from NIT and an MBA.
