
Vishal has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He will be responsible for large deals and enabling Go-To-Market Strategy for RCPG NN team. He has been with HCL 3.5 years and, in his prior role, lead a practice on NextGen IT Strategy and creating an enabling Target Operating Model with focus on E2E automation and advanced analytics, bimodal IT and business waste elimination. He was with Infosys for 13 years and at Infosys EdgeVerve, he led sales for a suite of digital products (digital marketing, ecommerce, recommendation engines, social collaboration, and social analytics) focused on the E2E digital consumer journey based in San Francisco. He also managed partner relationships and sales GTM. He also has had stints with a start-up, with Microsoft Corporation and with Deloitte Consulting. Vishal has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and is a Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He is married and has two kids. His better half leads leadership recruiting for a IT services firm. Vishal is a golfer. He still plays a bit of cricket, and used to practice Tai Chi. He is planning to pick up running as a hobby
