Jagadeshwar Gattu heads Delivery and Operations for HCL Technologies’ (HCLT) Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) in North America.
As EVP, he leads the largest Business Unit of HCLT ISD, a unit that contributes to 50% of the global infrastructure services revenue. Infrastructure services has been one of the key growth engines for HCL Technologies for the past several years and contributes to a third of the total revenue. The business serves over 250 global corporations, including several Fortune 100 conglomerates, and has consistently been delivering best- in-class client satisfaction along with profitable business growth.
Gattu is responsible for end-to-end infrastructure portfolio and managed services, while leading key transformation efforts to enhance HCL’s financial performance, operations and competitiveness as well as contributing towards client relationships and satisfaction. As per an annual study, North American GEO clocked highest in the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey under his leadership, which is above the company average and also highest with respect to other regions in infrastructure services.
An accomplished Global IT services leader with more than 21 years of diverse industry experience, Gattu brings significant expertise in Transformational Outsourcing with best- in-class delivery strategies and customer co-created end-state blue prints. He also leads Information Technology Integrated Technologies (ITIL) Lean-Six Sigma- centric process transformation and continuous service improvement models, Operations Maturity Models, Automation Strategies including Organization Design for scaling steeply, Leadership Development and People Transformation for nurturing growth with Competency-Managerial-Leadership.
Prior to joining HCL Technologies, Gattu was a co-promoter at ILANTUS Technologies, an Identity and Access Management company. He is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementation and strongly believes in driving vision into reality.
Gattu has an M.S in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, USA.
