Qualification Required

The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst will be responsible for building and executing a TPRM program for ATA that will provide the organization with a holistic view of vendor risk prior to contracting with third parties. Additionally, creating an on-going monitoring program to review vendor risk on a periodic basis. This position will also be responsible for creating a learning module to educate vendor business owners and stakeholders at ATA of their roles and responsibilities regarding third party relationships.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Third party risk / vendor risk management experience
• Experience with the third party risk management platform Process Unity
• Fluent in English
• 2 years’ experience
• Must have Process Unity experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement automated TPRM process and tooling system
• Execute the Third-Party Due Diligence program requirements, including the up-front due diligence, on-going monitoring, issue management for all vendors while providing OE required reporting
• Align with global standards related to the GOP and TPRM Standard
• Collaborate with TPRM programs across the group to grow in alignment and partnership across the group sharing best practices and lessons learned
• Provides required reporting to Allianz Technology of America’s customers on all current vendor relationships
• Responsible for creating and educating a learning module that will effectively engage business stakeholders
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned: will have frequent contact with executive and senior-level business leaders, must be able to effectively advise, guide and influence decision making
