Hackathon

As part of its endeavor to give back to the local community, HCLTech is bringing together talented students from Collin College and UNT for a one-day event of hacking and networking opportunities. The HCLTech Hackathon gives an opportunity to innovate and excel by giving every participant an opportunity to solve the problem/question posed.

This hackathon aims at bringing creative minds together to solve challenging problems where students can utilize their programming application, gaming or tinkering hardware and deep learning skills.

Mechanics of the Hackathon:

We are looking at two exercises for this event:

1. Round 1: You take up an MCQ based test to qualify for the second round and also win exciting rewards such as iPhone 11 Pro, Bose Wireless Headphones, and Amazon Echo.
2. Round 2: The finalists will have to tackle a real-life problem statement within a stipulated time frame at the HCLTech facility.

Outcome

At the end of the hackathon, HCLTech jury would announce winners from the finalists and present rewards to them.
