Faster Intelligent Trials (FIT)
The Accelerated Digital Trial Service for mHealth offers complete trial life cycle support services from Business Process Re-imagination , Study Setup, Mobile App Factory, Patient Concierge, Global Device Provisioning/Kitting, Multilingual Support, and other core implementation services to ensure trials are executed as efficiently as possible. Service packages are available to support early adopters exploring new digital trial process flows and scenarios; more advanced sponsors who want to scale up beyond mHealth pilots; or full service global rollout for sponsors who want to digitally enable all their trials for mHealth across their clinical portfolio. This service leverages Oracle’s mHealth Connector Cloud Service that is designed to acquire, monitor and aggregate data from a wide variety of sources.
Pharmacovigilance and Multivigilance
HCL offers end to end services across the entire PV ecosystem – process advisory, case processing, database hosting, system implementation, migrations and maintenance. Through our Center of Excellence around Argus and other Oracle product suites , we help our clients arrive at the right IT strategy for PV – Maturity assessment, process definition and reengineering , Implementation, validation, maintenance & upgrade of Argus Safety applications and hosting of the same on cloud. HCL has developed various tools and frameworks to fast track the adoption of Argus solutions e.g. Argus Data Migration tools, Argus Upgrade Analyser tool, Argus Validation framework, Safety configuration management tool, Safety Case Management tool. This is supported by HCL’s Intelligent PV solution which leverages natural language processing, machine learning and intelligent automation to drive successful interactions, enhance consumer insights and drive process efficiencies.
