Dynamics CRM Functional Senior Consultant

Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant specializing in CRM / D365 CE OOTB,Configuration, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and providing solutions within the CRM / D365 CE platform. Your main objective will be to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the CRM system to meet business requirements effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Configure and customize crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities to meet business needs.
    2. Implement and deploy crm / d365 ce solutions, ensuring proper integration with existing systems.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate crm configurations.
    4. Provide technical expertise and support in crm system maintenance and upgrades.
    5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to crm / d365 ce ootb configurations.
    6. Conduct training sessions and user support to ensure smooth adoption of crm solutions.

    Skill Requirements
    1. Proficiency in configuring crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) features and functionalities.
    2. Strong understanding of crm concepts and best practices.
    3. Experience in implementing and customizing crm solutions within the d365 ce platform.
    4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
    5. Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative crm solutions.

    Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
