7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles Expert in React.js and modern front-end architecture Capable of mentoring junior developers and leading code reviews Experience in driving technical decisions, improving development processes, and ensuring code quality Strong full-stack capabilities: Java, Spring, MVC, RESTful APIs, Git Proven experience in project planning, task breakdown, and collaboration with product and design teams Excellent stakeholder communication and proactive problem-solving skills Ability to align team efforts with business goals and promote engineering best practices Engineering Bachelor Very Fluent English
