Job description:

Role: Senior APM Implementation ConsultantExperience Required: 10+ YearsKey Responsibilities1. Hands-on implementation experience in AppDynamics On-Premise and SaaS based solutions2. Experience on Configuration and customization of AppDynamics solution3. Ability to manage and deliver complete AppDynamics deployments in complex customer environments in quick timelines4. Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality5. Ability to create custom dashboards from the AppDynamics tool based on customer requirements6. Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner7. Hands-on experience of integrating AppDynamics with various tools like MoogSoft, Service Now etc.8. Ability to integrate AppDynamics with various other ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools9. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and awareness of application performance issues in complex multi-tiered environment10. Ability to do requirement gathering and target environment analysis from an APM perspective 11. In-depth understanding of AppDynamics license construct12. Good understanding of the following programming languages: JAVA, .NET, Node.js, PHP, C, C++, HTML etc.13. Knowledge in middleware like WebLogic, WebSphere etc.14. Strong knowledge of APM KPIs and reporting15. Ability to cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices16. Ability to work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort17. Coordinate with various project stakeholders and partner support teams to ensure seamless tool deployment18. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)19. AppDynamics Certification a plus20. Good to have expertise in other monitoring solutions like MoogSoft, Solerwind, Dynatrace etc.

  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
  • To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
