Job Title: ETL AIRFLOW – Administrator
Location: Paris (50% remote)
Years of relevant experience: 5+ years
Language: French & English
Overview:
The AIRFLOW administrator will contribute to the evolution and operational excellence of the Airflow orchestration platform within production infrastructure. The role involves technical leadership in architecture, integration, development, and support for orchestration services, ensuring the reliability and scalability of mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and feature requests in collaboration with clients and internal partners
- Monitor daily service status and resource provisioning for Airflow clients
- Ensure quality of team developments
- Manage the team’s daily activities
- Assist in implementing management tools and APIs for Airflow instances on Linux virtual servers
- Support development of the control plane (Python/Flask)
- Assist in backend workflow development
- Deliver technical documentation (UML diagrams)
- Provide code delivery and associated tests
- Maintain operational condition of the service
Mandatory skills:
- Airflow orchestration platform
- Agile Scrum methodology
- Development skills: Shell Unix, Perl, PHP, Python
- Experience with git, GitHub
- JIRA for project tracking
Appreciated skills:
- Experience in technical architecture and integration
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience in large-scale orchestration and automation projects
- Familiarity with backend workflow development and API design
