Cisco Ironport & Messaging Security Expert
Location- Paris, France
Hybrid mode- 3 days week (Work from client location)
Language - French + English
Years of relevant experience: 5+
Overview:
The Cisco Ironport & Messaging Ecosystem Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure and scalable messaging infrastructures. The role includes technical architecture, administration, automation, incident management, and continuous improvement for large-scale messaging environments.
Responsibilities:
- Define technical architectures for messaging (HLD, LLD)
- Propose and implement technical solutions for messaging infrastructure
- Draft operational procedures and documentation
- Optimize administration and monitoring actions
- Maintain infrastructure consistency, manage capacity and evolution needs
- Manage incidents and changes, provide Level 3 support to international regions
- Lead change management and knowledge transfer
- Develop scripts for operations and automation
- Manage and evolve address synchronization systems (100,000+ addresses)
- Support integration of entities and subsidiaries into the central infrastructure (50+ countries)
Mandatory skills:
- Cisco ESA Ironport
- SMTP routing
- Email security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, S/MIME)
- IIS
- PowerShell scripting
Appreciated skills:
- Experience with SandBoxing methodology
- Experience with large-scale messaging environments
- Technical documentation and architecture
- Automation and process improvement
