Job title : Telephony Oracle SBC – ECB Expert 
Location: Paris 
Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IP telephony and SBC solutions 
Languages: English 
Overview 
We are looking for an IP telephony expert specializing in Session Border Controller (Oracle SBC) and Oracle ECB solutions. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining secure and high-performance communication infrastructures in collaboration with network and systems teams. 
Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Oracle SBC architectures for IP telephony
  • Configure, maintain, and provide support for Oracle ECB solutions
  • Ensure the security and quality of voice and data flows
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate solutions into the client environment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP telephony and Oracle SBC
  • Draft technical documentation and operational procedures

Mandatory Skills

  • Expertise in Oracle SBC solutions (AudioCodes, Ribbon, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP)
  • Familiarity with Oracle ECB environments and IP telephony architectures
  • Skills in communication security (TLS, SRTP)
  • Experience integrating with Microsoft Teams or UC platforms
  • Knowledge of Oracle telephony solutions (Oracle SBC, Oracle Communications)

Appreciated Skills

  • Certifications in AudioCodes, Oracle, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience in automation (PowerShell, scripting)
