Nav Chander is responsible for leading service provider marketing, positioning Silver Peak as a key enabling channel for service providers to expand managed service offerings, become more customer-centric and identify new use cases for driving revenue streams. Prior to joining Silver Peak, Chander served as the research manager for enterprise, telecommunications and networking at IDC where he led the managed network services, virtualized services and worldwide networking infrastructure research programs including SD-WAN. Chander has had over 20 years of product management and product marketing experience in driving new products and services to market at leading and start-up telecom, networking and managed service vendors throughout his career. He has an undergraduate engineering degree and MBA from the University of Ottawa, Canada.

Gaurav Madan is "DATA Networks" practice head at HCL Technologies. His expertise includes Network consulting, Design, Pre-sales, product validation and running product POCs. Gaurav has more than 14 years of experience and holds a B.E. degree in computer science and a Masters in Business Administration. He holds double CCIE certification status in Routing/Switching as well as Service Provider. In his current role, Gaurav is responsible for defining and creating the next-generation Networks product roadmap/ strategy/ offerings around these technologies. Also, he is responsible for guiding the customers to move from legacy to next-generation Networks; both from a consulting as well as implementation standpoint.
