My friends who work (or have worked) at IDC, Gartner, and the like will cringe when I say: “The auto-rickshaws in India serve as a very helpful pointer as well.” I clicked a photograph (see inset above) while waiting in traffic, and it reminded me of some of my sessions at VMworld last August.
