We are on the lookout for a flexible and detail-oriented SAP FICO Consultant who is comfortable working across both implementation and support engagements in S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Your Role & Responsibilities

We are searching for an SAP FICO Consultant who is adaptable, proactive, and client-focused, with the ability to support and implement SAP Finance and Controlling processes in dynamic business environments.

This role requires flexibility to shift between project-based work (greenfield/brownfield implementations) and steady-state support engagements, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in SAP FICO implementations across S/4HANA and ECC, supporting blueprint, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing SAP FICO systems, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, resolve incidents, and design solutions for both standard and custom FICO processes.
• Support integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party applications.
• Configure and maintain core FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis) functionalities.
• Perform functional testing, validate business scenarios, and assist with user training during rollouts.
• Contribute to data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support efforts.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, functional specs, and support procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO, including both implementation and support roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance with hands-on experience in at least one project phase.
• Strong understanding of FI and CO modules, with experience configuring core functionalities.
• Comfortable working in both project-based and support-based delivery models.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with business process improvement and incident/change management processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across geographically distributed teams and time zones.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
