Jaco Van Eeden

Global head of HCL’s BEYONDigital business unit, Jaco has over 24 years of Digital and ERP system implementation and International Strategic IT experience. He has demonstrated success developing and executing digital technology transformation initiatives for many Fortune 500 companies. Over the last 8 years he, led as partner in Deloitte Digital Enterprise Digital solutions focusing on Enterprise Usability, Cloud, Mobile and User Experience (UX) and e-commerce with predictive analytic solutions to simplify the day-in-the-life work experience for users and customer.

Michael Romero

Global head of Digital Enterprise, Michael is proficient in building and managing highly motivated and effective teams, delivering results within both matrixed and international environments. He was previously a solutions leader with Deloitte Digital where he advised global Fortune 100 clients on User Experience and Digital Transformation. Before joining Deloitte, Michael was Vice President at SAP AG where he led SAP mobility and business development strategy teams responsible for managing strategic customer relationships.

Scott Miller

As Chief Creative Director of the BEYONDigital UX team, Scott leads a team of seasoned UX strategy and experience design experts, all tasked with researching, strategizing and crafting meaningful interactive experiences that matter to both humans and business. Scott has a 23 year history of creating integrated brand experiences. His career has allowed him to experience and lead a wide variety of great projects and fantastic teams for corporations, agencies and clients like Schermer, Gage Marketing, Yamamoto Moss, Royal Caribbean International, Thomson Reuters, HB Fuller, Pentair, multiple brands within Honeywell, 3M, UnitedHealth Group and scores of others.

Alhad Nimbalkar

Alhad heads BEYONDigital’s Marketing as a Service practice. He has over 23 years in management and Leadership roles with organizations like Accenture & Hewitt in setting up operations globally for clients like P&G, Mondelez, Astra Zeneca, Novartis, Merck, Facebook, Shell, UBS, BMW. He specializes in end to end operations delivery for Digital Marketing Services and transition to low cost centers

David Sogn

David is the global head of Analytics as a service practice in BEYONDigital. He had over 15 years of experience in development of complex big data architecture, data modeling and machine learning. He is globally recognized as digital analytics and content intelligence thought leader with experience designing and implementing multi-million dollar analytics and content engineering projects at Fortune 500s, such as: Microsoft, IBM, HP, Google, Disney, Toyota, Bank of America, Nestle, ExxonMobil, J&J and others.

Zoltan Stiffel

Zoltan brings 20+ years of UX and Visual Design experience, with deep Oil & Gas orientation, and is based in Houston. He has shared his expertise as a thought leader and skilled UX designer to many clients in the Energy and Technology industries. An ever present enthusiasm for better UX design has led him to top energy companies such as BP, Halliburton, NOV and EOG Resources. His focus of the client’s vision with design aesthetics and a concern for the total user experience is expertly shown in his work. At Halliburton he designed a focused UI flow for a now Patented Matrix Acidizing application for Acid Stimulation Engineers.

Vikrant Gupta

Vikrant is an experienced HR professional with expertise across industries spanning services, manufacturing, retail and technology. He has lived and worked in and led teams across different geographies and cultures: US, Australia, Hungary, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Germany. He has extensive experience in HR business Partner Roles, Recruiting, Talent Management, Leadership Development, change Management, financial auditing and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Kunal Purohit

Kunal leads EMEA Sales team in BEYONDigital. He has over 12 years of experience at HCL Technologies & GE across Global Sales, Marketing and Strategy functions. Has the ability to keep the customer in mind while designing & executing on strategic programs, thereby improving outcomes.
