Job description:
1. Experience in drafting protocols & report generation (including Data Analysis)2. Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment3. PLM/PDM/ERP experience preferably Windchill 4. Good experience in cross functional interactions & Good experience in technical writing skills5. Good communication skillsRequired Qualifications6. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent 7. 1 to 3 years of significant engineering experience in the medical device field.
- Key Responsibilities
1. To conduct thorough analysis of user needs and system specifications.
2. To develop detailed design specifications and documentation including system components and user interfaces.
3. To create prototypes to illustrate the functionality of the software ,gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user /stakeholder input.
4. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, to create cohesive and user-friendly interfaces.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
