Program Manager with C++

Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, with a strong focus on c++. This role will involve coordinating cross functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and driving the successful completion of projects.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead the project team in the development and implementation of software projects using c++
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
  4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery
  5. Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning to minimize project risks
  6. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior management
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure project objectives are met
  
  Skill Requirements
  1. Proficiency in c++ programming language
  2. Strong project management skills with experience in leading software development projects
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
  6. Knowledge of agile methodologies and other project management tools
  7. Experience in software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes
  
  Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
