Job description:
Should have experience of 12+ years of related experience with good Communication skills. Should have bachelor s and master s degree from a recognized University/ Institution Should have ITIL Certified Ability to work in 24 7 work environment. Should have experience in managing a large team and Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role. Should have extensive knowledge of end to end Asset Management and IT Procurement cycle globally. Should have hands on experience in Client Management, SLA management, Team Management, Asset management, Tickets management, Purchase Order Management, Stakeholder management, processing orders, coordination with internal teams/customer/vendor, Vendor/Customer Management, MIS Reporting Should have working experience on ServiceNow and any other ITSM tools Should have handled complete asset lifecycle management for clients Should have managed a large number of assets in client environment. SAP, ARIBA experience is must MS Office competency, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a Global team Must be flexible, adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and managerial expertise Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Ability to multitask and deliver multiple deliverables at once.
- To effectively manage a team of project managers to ensure timely completion of all customer project deliverables assigned to each team member
- To provide required support to resolve escalated issues related to programs/projects undertaken and team performance
- To manage excellent relationships with customer/business units and ensure postive cusomer satisfaction for deliverables provided
- To implement best practices, develop processes/procedures and identify process efficiency measures so as to improve deliverables' quality & innovate global project management methodology with a view to maximise value provided to the business units
- To contribute to business growth through expansion of current service offerings and is accountabe for scope, buget and delivery of projects
- To monitor the progress of all projects and deliverables so as to submit weekly project status reports in a timely manner
- To review & analyse deliverables and performance of teams across projects to ensure that all project deliverables are completed in the agreed customer timelines
