Job description:
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Finance & Supply Chain to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

| Responsibilities: |
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using system capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements, fixes, and projects.
- Support and resolve prime and non-prime ServiceNow incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, supply chain, finance, and third-party vendors.
- Travel onsite to hospitals approximately 10% of the year to support in-person collaboration and go-lives.
- Assist in managing and leading projects; project management experience is preferred.
- Ensure solutions adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare.
Required Qualifications: - Must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
- Proven hands-on configuration experience in Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience working in or supporting a healthcare organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
