This IDC study assesses seven Dynamics 365 implementation vendors in Asia/Pacific excluding Japan (APEJ) on both the strength of their current Dynamics 365 implementation service capabilities and how well placed they are to grow Dynamics 365 adoption with their sound growth strategy.
IDC evaluated HCL against several capability and strategy criteria. In submission, HCL rated well in essential capabilities, which measure the vendor's ability in providing comprehensive implementation services for Dynamics 365 combining functional, technical, and industry knowledge. IDC also found HCL to be particularly strong in growing in-house talent through continuous training initiatives and the modularity of pricing provided to customers.
As per the report, HCL does well in providing services that complement its Dynamics 365 implementation, specifically in support and training services, to customers in Asia/Pacific. Report mention, that some of the HCL clients interviewed by IDC praised HCL's quick turnaround time in responding to change requests and the overall visibility it provided to the Microsoft team. Clients also found the team-centric and collaborative approach of HCL helpful during the implementation phase.
IDC says that HCL is a good fit for both large and medium-sized enterprises looking for strong consulting capabilities and price modularity in their Dynamics 365 implementation partner.
