Roles and Responsibilities
What you will do daily:
You will take part of the daily operation of our team, your main duties will be the following:
- Working with and supporting data replication products running on Relational Database Management Software engines
- Minimizing database downtime and managing parameters to provide fast query responses
- Recommending database updates and configuration modification
- Responsible for service request, incident, problem and change management
- Handling tickets submitted by customers in their corresponding SLAs
- Jumping in troubleshooting calls
- Reproducing errors present in the customer’s environment
Key Skills Required
We Want to Hear from You, If…
- You have 3-5 years of work experience with SQL
- You have experience with Linux
- DBA experience
- Snowflake experience
- You speak English fluently
- You are ready to work in shifts (7/24)
- You are a team player yet a responsible personality who is interested in and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
