• Expertise with the application of structured methodologies for defining, implementing and maintaining end-to-end solutions using package solutions.
• Demonstrable track record of successful delivery in a number of large-scale, high profile projects involving both business and IT components.
• Proven project/programmed management and change management skills and expertise
  Handling of project definition and planning, requirements gathering, analysing and definition and process mapping.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Coding in Windchill development and Customization, ThingWorx Navigate Development (Mandatory), ThingWorx Architecture Configurations Mashup creation, ThingWorx and Windchill Upgrade.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise:

• 5+ yrs of experience having strong fundamentals on Windchill Architecture, Configurations, Reporting Framework Customization, Workflow Customization.
• Strong Customization background around Form Processors, Validator, data utilities, Form Controllers etc.
• Strong Programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies JavaScript, GWT, JQuery, XMLs, JSPs, SQL etc.
• Experience in At Least one full lifecycle PLM implementation with Windchill.
• Should have strong coding skills in Windchill development and Customization, ThingWorx Navigate Development (Mandatory), ThingWorx Architecture Configurations Mashup creation, ThingWorx and Windchill Upgrade.
• Should have Built and Configuration management.
• Should have strong  understanding on PLM -ERP integration.
• Knowledge & Experience in Build and Release process.
• Having worked on custom upgrades will be a plus.
• Understanding of application s development environment, Database, data management.
• Follow Quality processes for tasks with appropriate reviews
