Sanjog is the Delivery Unit Head for the Life Sciences and Healthcare vertical and manages multiple customers. He has over 25 years of experience in IT delivery management, leading large and complex programs, service transitions, and IT transformations.

Sanjog has been associated with HCLTech for over 15 years. In his current role, he manages multiple LSH customers where he is responsible for customer management and service delivery including bringing operational efficiencies, streamlining processes, and delivering business results by bringing the organization’s strengths in technology leadership using process improvement methodologies and automation.

In his previous roles, he has played various roles within HCLTech in business management, practice management, evolving and managing shared services, and program management.

Sanjog possess strong technical and functional knowledge. He has completed various certifications like PMP, ITIL ® practitioner, and other technology certifications.

Alfino handles service delivery for the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical, possess versatile expertise in IT service delivery in the field of IT infrastructure and cloud services. His core competency in customer advocacy is related to technology aspects and focused in return on investments driven by Lean and automation principles.

Alfino has an experience of over 16 years and carries a rich experience of managing integrated service delivery for HCLTech’s clients including enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and security services. His interest toward business and end user experience with IT has motivated him to stay focused on architecture and design standardization in the IT landscape.

Alfino has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He is certified in ITIL ®Foundation, VCE-Virtualization platform, and SUN Sparc hardware engineering. He is also trained in TOGAF Enterprise Architecture and certified in HCLTech’s situational leadership program with a focused approach toward key service delivery initiatives such as LEAN IT and AUTOMATION principles.
