Job description:
you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of technology solutions in the hospitality space. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end sales management, including driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration, across all customer segments for both Indian and International markets.
This is essentially a high-quality technology solution selling with a deep understanding of the customer business environment and ensuring that the company is the preferred partner/vendor. You will engage across levels and roles in the customer organization including CXO s and functional leaders.
In this role, you will be responsible to work closely with the leadership team at mycloud and help with strategizing and scaling up mycloud and formulate market entry strategy and identify potential markets across the globe.
- To handle L3 complex calls under L3 Engineer
- To provide telephonic and remote trouble shooting support
- To maintain SOP's and runbooks of the respective technical track.
- To attend and handle complex L2 calls
