"5+ years of Experience in Active Directory Administration and Maintenance
- Windows 2008/2012/2016 Active Directory working knowledge
- Installation and configuration of Active Directory domain controllers.
- Perform AD server configuration according to installation check list
- Administering / Managing DNS, DHCP, PKI WSUS, FTP, Print Servers, File shares Administration Security
- Managing \\ Performing \\Troubleshooting of Group policy objects (GPO)
- Experience with complex scripting leveraging PowerShell.
- Experience working at an AD 2008 functional level and migration to 2012 functional level preferred.
- Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft to perform ADRAP preferred.
- Experience working with NetIQ product suite preferred (DRA, Aegis, etc.).
- Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.
- Managing \\ Performing \\Troubleshooting TS license service on Active Directory domain controllers
- Create or remove Trust relationships
- AD Disaster recovery
- Deep level troubleshooting skills on Azure AD/Azure AD Connect.
- Experience in fixing issues of Active Directory Replication, DFSR and FRS Replication, Authentication (Kerberos, NTLM) Group Policy Objects, Directory Services Disaster Recovery, Active Directory Certificate Services, Active Directory Federation Services, Configuration issues with the applications and other tool.
- Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level.
- Enough technical depth to communicate with business and other internal Supporting Groups at a peer level.
- Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of Global team of engineers.
- Be confident and actively participating in team support by proposing and implementing solutions.
- Ability and confidence in making system recommendations and providing excellent customer support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation."

- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time

- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
