Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Windows Active Directory Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Active Directory (AD) and will be responsible for design, implementation, security, and management of a large-scale enterprise AD environment.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in an Active Directory and Server environment
Experience with and Knowledge of Active Directory FSMO roles, Group Policy implementation, and Active Directory Sites and Services Design.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers 2008 R2 / 2012/ 2016 / 2019 / 2022.
Experience with Active Directory provisioning and deprovisioning of users, computers, security groups.
Advanced knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) in an enterprise environment.
Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, and PKI.
Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC), account management, and auditing.
Develop scripts for automation and routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Experience with Enterprise multifactor solutions preferred.
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
