AEM Technical Lead with JavaScript, HTML/css
Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team in HTML, CSS, Web Development using JavaScript, and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). The primary focus will be on developing and implementing digital solutions, ensuring high-quality code, and providing technical guidance to the team.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web based applications using html, css, web development technologies, and aem.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
3. Ensure code quality by reviewing and optimizing code, as well as performing code reviews for the team members.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical support, and offer innovative solutions to complex problems.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team performance and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in html, css for web development.
2. Strong experience in web development using javascript.
3. In-depth knowledge of aem (adobe experience manager) for creating and managing digital experiences.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Certifications in AEM or related technologies would be a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
