We truly believe in happiness, we enjoy and feel passionate about what we do and value each other s technical competence deeply.You will: Have a good experience in ForgeRock OpenIDM (Identity Management) related to functional knowledge, day-to-day operations, upgrades, workflows etc. Good to have an understanding and hands-on experience in Policy Based Access Control (PBAC) framework, writing REGO policies, administration of TrustLogix tool, Open Policy Agent (OPA) framework. Basic knowledge of Azure Dev Ops; good to have knowledge on containers (Dockers, Kubernetes), Azure PostgreSQL, REST. Basic understanding of Access Management protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML. OIDC). Broad understanding of overall Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. Promote effective teamwork, mentor employees, and evaluate individual performance.Key Qualification: 5+ years experience working with above mentioned skills and technologies. - To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
