Avaloq Senior Consultant with ACP(Accounts Payable),prod mgmt/extension/ release mgmt
Job Summary
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultancy in ACP (Accounts Payable), Avaloq, and product management/extension/release management. The primary role involves managing and optimizing accounts payable processes, supporting Avaloq systems, and overseeing product management, extension, and release tasks.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.
2. Provide expert support and maintenance for avaloq systems, resolving any issues and ensuring smooth operations.
3. Lead product management initiatives, including planning, development, extension, and release management activities.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products, features, and enhancements.
5. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in acp, avaloq, and product management to enhance service delivery.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in accounts payable processes and systems, with experience in invoice processing and vendor management.
2. Strong technical knowledge and experience with avaloq systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
3. Expertise in product management, extension, and release management, with a focus on planning and execution.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Accounts Payable, avaloq, or Product Management are a plus.
