Job description:
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Solution Architect to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of large application management and ITO deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy, Operating model design, Estimation, Business-case preparation and commercial modelling, solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiation discussion which includes,
- Define the Operating model construct based on RFP requirements
- Perform Ticket analysis, Estimation, Automation and Operational transformation for both AMS and AD
- Design ownership of end-to-end solution to develop the solution blueprint including transformation roadmap
- Drive internal reviews with Leadership on pursuit strategy, solution design, estimation methods etc.
- Continuously work on deal differentiators and strategies that will help the team in increasing the win ratio
- Motivate and drive the team to go the extra mile to create differentiation in every customer pitch
- Travel for bid defense and other customer interaction based on need
Qualifications & Experience
- IT experience with 15+ years of Solution architect experience in Large Application support and development RFPs.
- Experience in Enterprise Applications, Industry Solutions (e.g. IS Utilities, IS Oil, IS Retail, etc.) and other periphery applications (e.g. OpenText, Vertex, etc.)
- Experience in using Gen AI for productivity improvement in areas such as ticket automation and elimination propositions with industry toolsets.
- Experience managing / building / maintaining relationships with CIO, CXO, Stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skill
- Experience in P&L & Growth Management.
- 80% Travel
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $130,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $267,000 per year
