Senior Product Specialist with guidewire - policycenter,guidewire - claimcenter
Job Summary
The Senior Product Specialist in guidewire policy center, guidewire claim center is responsible for managing and optimizing the functionalities and configurations of Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center. The role involves overseeing the customization, implementation, and maintenance of policy center and claim center to meet business requirements efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations within guidewire policy center and claim center.
2. Customize and configure guidewire policy center and claim center to align with business processes and requirements.
3. Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation and integration of policy center and claim center modules.
4. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of guidewire applications.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in policy center and claim center to maintain system efficiency.
6. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in guidewire applications to recommend enhancements and improvements.
7. Train end-users on the functionalities of guidewire applications and provide ongoing support as needed.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in guidewire policy center and claim center implementation and configuration.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and best practices.
3. Experience in customizing and integrating guidewire applications to meet business requirements.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in guidewire policy center and claim center.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Analytical mindset to analyze requirements and provide effective solutions using guidewire applications.
Certifications: Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
