Job description:
To effectively manage the processes by leading and guiding the team, driving the automation plan to ensure high productivity and process improvement.
- To approve & own SOP and RCM document updation
- To be abreast with latest accounting, tax, corporate policy changes of their processes & ensure they are incorporated in their systems & processes.
- To ensure that Cost & revenue is accounted as per the Indian Accounting Standards
- To implement & ensure closure of automation & transformation process
- To manage audit & handle department queries
- To provide Subject Knowledge Expertise to the team members
- To review accounting transactions as appropriate to the process and team they belong to
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
