Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Lead Consultant
Job Summary
The Lead consultant for Oracle PeopleSoft Functional_Financials will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials modules within client organizations. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials to meet business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage oracle peoplesoft financials projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
2. Configure, customize, and enhance oracle peoplesoft financials modules to align with client specific business processes.
3. Provide guidance and support to technical and functional teams during the implementation and integration of oracle peoplesoft financials.
4. Conduct system testing, user training, and postimplementation support for oracle peoplesoft financials modules.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within oracle peoplesoft financials solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of oracle peoplesoft financials modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, and cash management.
2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing oracle peoplesoft financials to meet specific business requirements.
3. Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.
Certifications: Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Certification is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
