Outsystems Senior Technical Lead
Job Summary
The Senior Technical lead with expertise in Outsystems will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and maintenance of Outsystems applications. They will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Outsystems solutions to meet business requirements effectively.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of outsystems applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions using outsystems.
3. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers on outsystems best practices.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of outsystems applications.
5. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of outsystems solutions with existing systems.
6. Stay updated with the latest outsystems trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in outsystems development with a solid understanding of outsystems platform features and capabilities.
2. Strong experience in designing and developing outsystems applications with a focus on user experience and scalability.
3. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects using outsystems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
5. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Certification in Outsystems development is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
