Senior Technical Architect - LabVIEW Automation
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions within the realm of LabVIEW and automated test systems (ATE). This position is vital for ensuring that the solutions not only meet but exceed business objectives while adhering to industry best practices. The architect will leverage their expertise to create scalable, high-performance, and secure systems, while also fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Design And Architect Large-Scale Automated Testing Solutions Using Labview, Ensuring Optimal Scalability, Performance, And Security To Meet Project Requirements.
2. Develop Training Programs And Mentorship Initiatives For Team Members In Labview And Ate Development, Ensuring A Skilled Workforce Capable Of Mitigating Delivery Risks.
3. Continuously Research And Implement Cutting-Edge Technologies Related To Labview And Automated Testing, Delivering High-Quality, Future-Proof Solutions That Align With Client Expectations.
4. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions Using Labview, Crafting A Technology Strategy That Aligns With Business Goals And Enhances Overall Project Success.Skill Requirements
1. Expert Knowledge In Labview And Its Application In Automated Test Systems.
2. Strong Understanding Of Software Architecture And Design Principles For Scalable And Secure Systems.
3. Excellent Skills In Client Engagement And Requirements Gathering To Formulate Effective Technology Strategies.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Mentoring And Training Technical Teams To Elevate Their Capabilities In Labview And Ate Development.Certification
1. Relevant Certifications In Labview, Such As Certified Labview Developer (Cld) Or Certified Labview Architect (Cla), Are Optional But Valuable.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
