Job description:
To oversee the overall transition of all EN & NN projects of a vertical into HCL framework to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- To ensure that all deliverables are achieved to enable the launch of the projects post which the projects will be handed over to the Delivery Leads and PMOs
- To manage teams in supporting the delivery teams post launch of projects
- To oversee the project phase progress in accordance to HCL / Client transition methodology and tollgates
- To review all EN/NN projects' progress within the vertical with client stakeholders and accordingly ensure implementation of corrective actions as and when required through effective management of multiple teams.
- To review the internal MIS/statistics to ensure projects are tracked and reported against timescale, financial and quality targets
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
