Ashvini is a Group Program Manager in the Power Automate engineering team at Microsoft. His team builds features that helps customers accelerate their automation initiatives, including automating applications that have no APIs (RPA). Prior to joining this automation effort, he worked in various capacities on Microsoft’s BI initiatives including a few years in the Excel team, his favorite application. He’s been with Microsoft since 1997.

Jason champions the Cloud Marketing and Global Demand Center's Intelligent Automation efforts, including management of FTE Team and vendor service providers. He also leads cross-company steering committee that includes business stakeholder, IT, and product engineering, for the purpose of prioritizing automation efforts across Cloud Marketing.

Anil Vijayan is a leader in the Business Process Services and the Service Optimization Technologies teams. He assists clients in two significant areas:

  • The HR and talent services value chain, including payroll, benefits, HR technology, multi-process HR outsourcing, learning, permanent and contingent talent acquisition, and broader talent management
Anil’s responsibilities include leading Everest Group’s HR Outsourcing (HRO)Contingent Workforce ManagementManaged Service Provider (MSP) and Service Optimization Technologies (SOT) offerings. Prior to joining Everest Group, Anil was with Ernst & Young’s advisory business. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Amardeep’s responsibilities include leading Everest Group’s Service Optimization Technologies (SOT) membership offering. Prior to joining Everest Group, Amardeep was a Business Analyst with Deloitte Strategy & Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
