Key successes, while at CSC include managing R&D product development of Business Process Management for claims adjuster’s desktops at USAA, in conjunction with IBM; working on advance development initiatives with AVIVA, RSA Group, Principle Financial, AIG, for Life and Annuity products; and for driving sales of new insurance core system applications into 17 of the top 25 P&C carriers, like Allstate, American Family, Chubb, Farmers/Foremost, GEICO, MetLife P&C, Northern California AAA (CSAA), St. Paul Companies, The Hartford, Aetna/Travelers, Nationwide, Progressive, and USAA to name a few.
