Identify Genuine Job Offers
During HCLTech's extensive and merit-based employment recruitment practice, we will never charge or accept any amount or deposit from job seekers during the process.
This warning comes as there has been an increase in recruitment fraud, where scammers are posting fraudulent job applications for a career opportunity at HCLTech. These scammers may even conduct an interview to try and solicit personal information or money from prospective applicants.
HCLTech only works with recruitment agencies who are authorized by the company, also known as Preferred Recruitment Partners.
For any prospective applicant, it is crucial that you remain vigilant when you receive communications regarding a job offer or an offer to take part in an interview. Always visit HCLTech to verify the source and authenticity of the interviewer. HCLTech will never ask for payment of money at any stage of the interview or recruitment process.
