Billing Specialist
Qualification Required:
- Responsible for managing corrections and re-bills related to disputed invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for clients.
- Ensures all processes and documentation comply with internal controls and company policies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and manage invoice batches prior to posting and disbursement.
- Ensure contract billing events in Salesforce (SFDC) are correctly entered and matched with invoice batches in the ERP system.
- Track and resolve pending contractual or billing issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Monitor and action tasks within the SFDC Case Management System on a daily basis.
- Process manual invoice corrections and credit memos as needed.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving mindset
- Advanced English proficiency (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Required)
- Preferred Salesforce experience or any other ERP (Oracle, Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
- Preferred finance background (either through job experience or studies)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English (Required)
- Good knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Required)
- Comfortable using new technologies (Preferred)
- Flexible and adaptable to change (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Required)
- 3–4 years of experience in Cash Application, Collections, Payables, or Billing (Required)
- Experience reviewing contract terms and customer quotes (Preferred)
- Ability to work in multiple accounting systems (Required)
