Order Coordinator Analyst
Qualification Required:
- Manage the end-to-end process of entering and validating sales orders across multiple systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance (e.g., ATF), and seamless coordination with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Maintain order turnaround timelines, resolve discrepancies, and provide administrative and order processing support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate sales orders in CRM and ERP systems.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, including ATF regulations.
- Process orders within established SLAs (48 hours).
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve order-related issues.
- Provide end-to-end support for distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage order queues, generate reports, and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Manager as appropriate.
- Provide backup coverage during team member absences.
- Support special projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, data entry, or related administrative roles (Required).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (Preferred).
- Project management experience (Preferred).
