Qualification Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams with over all 12+ Yrs of experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Scrum certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools, e.g., JIRA.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with other agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product developers, fostering collaboration, growth, and a culture of innovation.
- Project Management: Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, refine product requirements, and communicate product updates.
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Act as a servant leader, coaching and guiding development teams in agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Scrum Process Management: Lead and manage the Scrum process, ensuring that all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) are conducted effectively.
- Team Empowerment: Promote self-organization within development teams, encouraging collaboration and ownership of tasks.
- Obstacle Removal: Identify and remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to meet their sprint goals.
- Metrics and Reporting: Gather and report relevant metrics to gauge team performance, including burndown charts, velocity, and cycle time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
- Adherence to Agile Principles: Ensure teams adhere to agile and Scrum principles, adapting practices as needed to achieve success.
