• Familiarity with Agile project management tools, e.g., JIRA.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product developers, fostering collaboration, growth, and a culture of innovation.
• Project Management: Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, refine product requirements, and communicate product updates.
• Facilitate Agile Practices: Act as a servant leader, coaching and guiding development teams in agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Scrum Process Management: Lead and manage the Scrum process, ensuring that all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) are conducted effectively.
• Team Empowerment: Promote self-organization within development teams, encouraging collaboration and ownership of tasks.
• Obstacle Removal: Identify and remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to meet their sprint goals.
• Metrics and Reporting: Gather and report relevant metrics to gauge team performance, including burndown charts, velocity, and cycle time.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
