Responsibilities/ Tasks
- Order Processing: Handle order processing for the EMEA Region for new office equipment.
- Audit Calls: Lead inter-department audit calls for Operational Readiness.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and back-office support as needed to the project team.
- Process Documentation: Document new processes and maintain process repositories.
- Project Tasks: Undertake project and reporting tasks as required.
- Data Management: Feed repositories and automatic reports with weekly/monthly data.
- Data Analysis: Act as the point of contact for data analysis and reporting for different departments.
Education/certification
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in any discipline is required
Key Skills Required
- Language Proficiency: English (Minimum C1 or Native-Level Fluency).
- Additional languages (nice to have): French (C1 or above), German (C1 or above), Italian (C1 or above with Business Proficiency).
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Business Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint Collaboration, CRM.
- Administrative Knowledge: Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Inter-Department Communication: Ability to communicate ideas concisely and work with key team members.
- Deadline Management: Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Detail-Oriented: Detailed, focused, and well-organized.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard business hours if required by projects.
