Responsibilities/ Tasks :

Regional Change Lead (Spain & Portugal)

JCI is divesting the Sensormatic Division ($1B Revenue, 2500 people, 30 countries) to become a stand-alone entity. Program includes moving Sensormatic to a new Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce CRM/CPQ, and Service Max for field services, including new process blueprint. The program is global and will roll out over 3 regional go lives: Americas, APAC and EMEA. This role of Regional Change Lead for EMEA will:

  • Be responsible for the change work in Spain & Portugal (about 1,000 people)
  • Contribute to change assessment and planning efforts
  • Partner with Sensormatic Global Process Owners and Regional Leaders to address change management issues and reduce resistance
  • Interact with key stakeholders, support the change champions in their regions, conduct change management activities, create presentations, content and represent the program
  • Facilitate meetings and local sessions for adjusting change content where needed
  • Identify and track key issues related to adoption, change, and resistance
  • Lead the regional readiness activities for go live for change management
    • 5-7 years of experience in OCM contributing/leading change effort. Oracle Cloud or ERP and Salesforce experience preferred. Prosci or other certification preferred. Needs to be comfortable with working across levels and manage a change network.
    • Spanish, Portuguese and English language skills required.
    • Located in Europe, preferably Spain or Portugal, but Germany and UK also considered.
    • Start ASAP and roll off by May 2023
    • Rate: Looking at a buy rate of $107/hour
  1. Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
  2. Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer
  3. To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
  4. To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
  5. To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

Education/certification :

  • Bachelor/ technical studies
