What I find most interesting about working at HCLTech is the flexible working mode, without requiring timekeeping, which is often not commonly applied in Vietnamese businesses. During the week, I can combine working from home and going to the office, as long as it ensures good work performance.

The skill training provided by HCLTech helped me understand how to solve client problems using my knowledge and skills. My managers are incredibly supportive and mentor me whenever I need their guidance.
